Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping within Germany is free for orders over €80.
When will I receive my product?
As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then immediately begin producing your product, packaging it, and shipping it to you via DHL. Production time is 2-3 days, and shipping takes 1-3 days, so you will definitely receive your product within 3-7 business days.
Is it possible to exchange or return the item?
Both are possible with us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the following conditions are met:
1) The items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear.
2) The label must not have been removed.
