Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
We deliver to all (EU) countries.
For all other standard shipments with (DPD, DHL) within Germany, we cover the shipping costs for orders over €80.
Shipping costs outside of Germany will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping costs for EU countries: €10.90

Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email containing access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
Returns National/International
Please send us an email to kontakt@mentalhealthclub.shop with the following information before returning your item:
- Order number
- Name and address
- Reason for return
- Your bank details (IBAN & BIC) for the refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly refund the purchase price to the account you specified.
Return policy:
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the following conditions are met:
1) The items must be in their original condition, without any signs of wear.
2) The label must not have been removed.
3) The items must be in their original packaging.
*Please note: if the return does not comply with our return policy, we will inform you about further measures via email.
Information on refunds in our online shop
The cancellation period is 14 days after receiving the goods. We grant you a 20-day return policy. You will receive an automatic notification as soon as we refund the outstanding amount. To see if your return has arrived, please use the tracking number you received when you shipped your package.

What do we stand for?
We as a mental health club have made it our mission to give more attention to the topic of "mental health" in society, as it is unfortunately still a taboo subject in some respects.
You can't usually tell by looking at someone whether they've had mental health problems in their life, or perhaps still do. We know exactly how you feel and want to make you feel like you're not alone with your problems.
